Please be advised that all the information will be fully verified before booking an appointment and rest assured that all the information shared with me is treated with utmost discretion. My apologies in advance but incomplete information will be ignored.

Screening Option 1 - Karma Screen

• Visit the Karma Screen website and fill out the application.

Screening Option 2 - References​

Please email me the following:

• Two (2) successfully verified references are required including:
• A link to the ad, website including handles if any, phone, and email
• Your name, phone, and email and how your references will recall you
• P411 and/or TER handle if you have one 

Screening Option 3 - Work Verification
Please email me the following about your:

• Company name, main phone number, corporate address, and web link (or current LinkedIn page)
• Your name, title, direct phone, and corporate email address
• Your cell phone number.

Please email a photo of one of the following: 

•  Your State I.D. Card or Driver's License 
•  Your Military I.D. Card
•  Your Passport Card or Passport page with name and photo
